We are so excited to announce that our new designs for the Penalty Pal are completed!!  We are doing a pre-order at   http://www.indiegogo.com/penaltypal.  These will normally retail at $2/11.99, but you can get 2/$10.00 with no shipping charge and some fun temporary tattoos.  We would love for you to stop by http://www.indiegogo.com/penaltypal and check them out.  Notice the frown on the clock progresses from a frown to a smile.....could be used to remind kids they need to stay in their time-out till they are "happy." These can be moved from wall to wall (or even on a fridge) as need be.  The Penalty Pal will change the way time-outs work in your house.  Here are the designs.

I LOVE the idea of the parking pal!! I have 3 girls in my house- my two daughters and my niece- and I need lots of time getting them into their seats! It's like a juggling trick trying to wrangle them when we are out somewhere, and usually ends up in meltdowns and pinched fingers (my niece is forever trying to buckle her own carseat to help). I saw the parking pal product and immediately "liked" the page so I could return and purchase. I haven't yet but believe me, not a day-trip goes by where I'm not thinking "I should have ordered my parking pal already!"

The penalty pal is an interesting idea. I like that it's removable so you can bring it places and thus keep the time-out corner with some consistency. I wonder though if this would take away the fun that kids have with the parking pal and make them not want to use that anymore. They might feel like a negative feeling about both. Or maybe not...just a thought. Otherwise I really like the idea and design!

  8. I think this is a fantastic idea. I think it will help to child to focus on why they got there in the first place and hopefully learn from it.

  16. Great idea! I love that it's portable. We have a calm down corner. This would be a great addition and then give us something familiar to use when away from home.

  19. Interesting concept. Would love to try out the product. We LOVE our parking pal magnet. Used to have more than one, but someone decided they loved our magnet more than we did and stole it off of our car when I forgot to tuck it back into the diaper bag. :( Thanks again for another Win-It-Wednesday giveaway! :)

  32. Honestly, with this looking so similar to the parking pal I don't think it's a good idea. No one wants to stay in time out, and associating the negative consequence, time out, with the handprint in a circle it may cause some children to not want to stand on the car with the (handprint in a circle) parking pal. Just my thoughts on this product.

  33. I love that idea! The kids are already trained to use the parking pal so this should be "easy" to get them used to! Thank you!!!
